Sri Lanka’s newly refurbished Air Force Museum

Situated inside Sri Lanka Air Force Base Rathmalana (18 km from the Main City Colombo). Recently refurbished Air Force Museum Rathmalana is home to hundreds of must see exhibits from the country’s aviation history such as De Havilland Chipmunk TMK 10s, De Havilland Tiger moth DH 82A and Douglas DC-3s.

The museum is a valuable resource centre for study and amusement as well as for the preservation of the country’s rich heritage of military aviation which date back to World War I.
